Are there any good wineries near Port Lincoln, Australia?
I'm a wine junkie and I will be traveling to port Lincoln in Feb. 2012. I'd like to hear from people that have been to the area and visited any wineries there.

Answer 1 :
I know of a Boston Bay Winery from over that way but I have never tried any of their product
Answer 2 :
2 wineries that I know of at Port Lincoln South Australia. Boston Bay Wineries and Dellacolline Estate Wines, both within 6 kilometres of Pt. Lincoln. Both have won major wine awards. Both have web sites... www.bostonbaywines.com.au www.dellacollinewines.com.au Enjoy Port Lincoln, it's a very beautiful spot especially with a premium Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc!
Answer 3 :
Boston Bay Wineries
Answer 4 :
Boston Bay has a great Merlot among others and Delacolline has good wine and is great place for lunch. Lincoln Estate wines are very good and can be purchased from most bottle shops and restaurants. The pick of the reds is a small winery called Anne's Vinyard. Get a bottle from the Port Lincoln Hotel restaurant or bottle shop. Well worth the $35 or so

What is the best way to travel from NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology) to Bronx?
Hi, I was trying to figure out the best way to travel using public transportation from NJIT (University City) to Bronx, NY (New Lincoln Hospital near 149th St Grand Concourse) . I tried to use MTA.info but couldn't figure it out. I am from out of state and do not know much about the MTA routes. Any help/tips would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

Answer 1 :
I would go to Newark/Penn Station, and get the PATH train ($1.50) to West 33 Street in Manhattan. In Manhattan change to a D train ($2) headed for the Bronx. It runs along the Grand Concourse, and stops right where you want to go.
Answer 2 :
NJ Transit at Newark Penn Station to NY Penn Station, 33rd Street. then hop an uptown subway to the Bronx. njtransit.com mta.com Two sites to help you on your adventure.
Answer 3 :
Well NJIT isn't far from Newark's Penn Station at all. So I would just go to Penn Station and get a NJ Transit train to New York's Penn Station and after that it's pretty easy. Take the 2 train from Penn Station to 149th/Grand Concourse

Answer 1 :
you can call them but i was tire man for a trucker and i put new tires on the front and he could not get into the tunnel.. he was upset with me.. you can get that info form the port authority.. http://www.answers.com/topic/holland-tunnel read this the clearance is 12 ft 6 inches.. same as your truck you might get stuck ok but i tried to help.
Answer 2 :
Take the Lincoln Tunnel or the GW bridge....trucks are prohibited from the Holland Tunnel. I used to deliver to Hunt's Point all the time & I always took the GW Bridge. Here's the site for the NY/NJ port authority: http://www.panynj.gov/CommutingTravel/tunnels/html/restrictions.html

Answer 1 :
My family had a house in lewes-rehoboth area! it was so great! We lived right in between so we could go out to the boardwalk and go on the rides during the summer, but if we wanted a quiet night, we could walk the historic town of lewes and see all the battle scars from the war of 1812. There are also many beaches nearby which is always fun!
Answer 2 :
I have lived in all three counties and currently live in milton de about 5 minutes from lincoln and it is by far the worst part of De. It all depends what your looking for though. If your looking for a more suburban environment with alot to do northern De is the place to be. The best place in my opinion is Central De, around the Smyrna area. You have country, good schools, entertainment, and you can easily drive to both northern and southern de. Sussex county is nice in the summer if you like the beach, and a great place to have a beach house but in the winter it is a ghost town. Everything feels empty, and all the locals are the lowclass redneck type who lived there their whole life
