Does Obama think he is as great as Abraham Lincoln?
Obama has frequently used references of Abraham Lincoln. He traveled Lincoln's route to Washington for inaugural. He is using the Lincoln Bible. The media even mentioned Obama drank from a glass once owned by Lincoln. I am not bitter nor a racist. I am amazed how the media has elevated Obama to Sainthood before he has been sworn in. Obama has fostered this image, so he is going to have, ironically true, some big shoes to fill. God bless. No, I rather not anyone admire Hitler. Our youth don't realize how evil this man was (or is through hate groups like Arian Nation). He is the embodiment of true evil.

No, he is a Lincoln scholar. He admires what Lincoln did and how he did it. He is his own man, as we are all about to find out very shortly. He hopes someday to come within even a small scope of what Lincoln accomplished. I think that's admirable. Would you rather he admire Hitler?

he probably admires him, but i sure hope he doesnt excpect his term(s) to go as Lincoln's, because know we look at Lincoln as an amazing pres. but he was almost looked upon as a villian during his terms. my history teachers this morning was talking about how Bush will most likely become as Lincoln, hated during his terms, but in almost 100 years he will be looked upon as a great president. /rant --sorry
